Responsibility :

1. Prepare monthly cash flow reports;
2. Input transaction data into the system;
3. Input monthly financial reports;
4. Perform the invoice process;
5. Perform general ledger reconciliation related to cash flow;
6. Make reports on aging accounts payable and accounts receivable;
7. Monitoring company assets from acquisition to asset destruction;
8. Create SOP related Finance and Asset Management.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable University from Finance, Accounting or equivalent;
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacture, Trading, Financing, Mining, Oil and Gas industries;
3. Having good knowledge about SAGE (Accpac) 300, Zahir, Accurate;
4. Excellent at making company financial reports;
5. Familiar with e banking process especially MCM Mandiri;
6. Knowing and understanding stock opname & asset sighting;
7. Have an experience billing customer invoice;
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
9. Willing to work at our Head Office in Jakarta Selatan.
